Wills and Estate

We guide clients through the probate process, handling all legal formalities and paperwork for administering a deceased person's estate. We also prepare for clients their wills, power of attorney, and representation agreements.

Simple Will: $475, plus taxes

Wills for a Couple: $750, plus taxes

Wills Notice filing: plus $17

Enduring Power of Attorney

$250, plus taxes

Representation Agreement

$475, plus taxes

Probate/ Grant of Representation

Simple Files: $3,500 to $5,000, plus third-party fees and taxes

Complicated Files or Files with PGT involved: Hourly rate of $250, plus third-party fees and taxes.

Estate Property Transmission

Joint Tenancy Transmission: $500, plus third-party fees and taxes

Transmission to Personal Representative: $800, plus third-party fees and taxes

Family Law

We draft family agreements such as prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. We also help clients to apply for desk-order divorce.

Uncontested Divorce

Without Children: $1,500, plus filing fees and taxes

With Children: $2,000, plus filing fees and taxes

Extra fees apply for services such as translation, process service, or virtual signing.

Separation Agreement

Hourly rate of $250, plus taxes. Our legal fee is determined by the complexity of the agreement, usually it is between $2,000 to $3,000 (before taxes).

Prenuptial/ Marriage/ Cohabitation Agreement

Hourly rate of $250, plus taxes. Our legal fee is determined by the complexity of the agreement, usually it is between $1,500 to $2,500 (before taxes).

Independent Legal Advice

$250 per hour plus tax

Our firm provides comprehensive legal services for businesses, including entity formation, maintenance, dissolution, and agreements drafting.

Incorporation

Numbered Company: $1,500 (including filing fees and taxes)

Named Company: $1,600 (including filing fees and taxes)

Expedited Name Reservation: plus $100

Corporate Maintenance

Annual Report Filing: $150, plus filing fees and taxes

Change of Address: $150, plus filing fees and taxes

Change of Directors: $150, plus filing fees and taxes

Dissolution

Shareholders'/ Partnership Agreement
